Ingredients:
1 very ripe banana
10 frozen strawberries (washed and tops off)
1 ripe avocado peeled and chopped
1/2 cup rice milk
1/3 cup frozen fruit (blueberries are nice)
1/3 cup water
2 Tablespoon Mum’s Original hempseeds
1 tablespoon Salba
Directions:
Blend all ingredients on high in a magic bullet, vitamix, or food processor until well mixed. Serve immediately
