Chocolate Avocado Mousse

2 ripe Avocados
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-processed)
1/2 cup agave sweetener
1 Tbsp vanilla
pinch of salt
pinch or two of cayenne pepper (optional)

Puree Avocados in food processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients until well mixed. Set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Serve with whipped cream or fruit, if desired.
