6 oz cooked crabmeat
1 Avocado, peeled and pitted
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pinch of paprika
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper tt
4 large butter lettuce leaves for serving
1 green onion for garnishing
Mix together the lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Gradually mix in the crabmeat.
Chop the Avocado into small pieces and fold into the mixture. Place a butter lettuce leaf on each plate and
spoon an equal serving of the mixture onto each leaf. Chop the green onion and add as a garnish.
