Southwestern Caprese Salad


2 Heirloom tomatoes sliced ¼ inch thick

2 avocados peeled, seeded, and cut ½ thick lengthwise

1 tablespoon whole cilantro leaves

2 tablespoons Casero cheese crumbled



Simply layer the tomatoes and avocadoes on top of each other and repeat until they are gone.  Garnish with the Casero crumbles and cilantro leaves.
